ジョー選手に関するFIFA DRC（FIFA紛争解決室）の裁定について

名古屋グランパスはジョー選手（ブラジル国籍）及びコリンチャンス（ブラジル国）に対する申し立てに関して、2020年11月24日付FIFA管轄紛争解決室の裁定を肯定的に受け入れます。この裁定により、当方クラブ側主張である選手の雇用契約解除及び当方への賠償が正当な理由によるものと確証されました。

Nagoya Grampus welcomes the decision passed by the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber on 24 November 2020 in the case against the Player Joao Alves De Assis Silva (Brazil) and Club SC Corinthians Paulista (Brazil). The decision confirms the just cause in favour of the Club to terminate the employment contract of the Player and awards a compensation in its favour.
